Our core service is contract machining. We offer milling and turning to your specifications. We offer rapid turn prototyping support, as well as low to mid-volume production machining. We offer complete turn key services; providing certified materials and providing an array of finishes from our qualified subcontractors. We also offer machining on customer supplied material.

Our CNC Mills are new and state of the art. Designed for sizes up to 30" x 20" x 20", we can accommodate larger sizes as well. We are capable of holding tight tolerances, and offer a consistent product.
Turning
Turning
Our CNC Lathes are also new state of the art machines, we can turn parts 10" diameter and 20" in length. We can continuous feed bar stock up to 2" diameter.
CMM Inspection
With our new, fully automatic Brown & Sharpe Global Status CMM, we can accurately measure your parts, ensuring the accuracy of your parts again and again.
CMM Capabilities
CMM inspection is commonplace amongst precision machine shops. Very few shops, however, have the expertise and technology to offer reliable third party inspection. CMMs inspect part dimensions for location and/or accuracy. Parts can be fixtured, flipped, or rotated to inspect dimensions that may be difficult to reach.
Small parts are more subject to damage or contamination, even from the touch of a probe tip. In such circumstances, non-contact or vision CMMs provide accurate readings using light. High volumes of flat parts can often be checked in a fraction of the time of a contact CMM. However, vision inspection systems can only identify visible features on a part. Internal or blind features are better suited for a contact CMM.

CAD - CAM
Our Engineering staff is equipped with the latest software for full 3D solid modeling. We can program our CNC machines directly from your solid model, or create a 3D model for you.
Engineering Services
We offer reverse engineering as well, if you have a part you need reproduced, we can reverse engineer it and create a full set of isometric drawings and 3D models.
